Tottenham target Paulinho headed home the winning goal for Brazil in the 86th minute to send the hosts into the Confederations Cup final with a 2-1 win over Uruguay.
The hosts took the lead in the South American clash when Fred found the back of the net four minutes before half-time, much to the delight of the fans packed into Estadio Mineirao.
Uruguay, the current South American champions, responded, though and they were level with a smartly taken goal from Edinson Cavani, who slotted the ball past Juilo Cesar into the bottom corner in the 48th minute.
But there was to be one final twist as Paulinho rose highest at the far post to head Brazil into the final, where they will play either Italy or Spain.
