Working under the Head of Finance, the incumbent will have an important function to balance two key areas of the business, complying with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements whilst providing advice on the efficient allocation of resources.
These will be delivered through:

A minimum of 8 years post-qualification accounting experience three years of which should preferably be in a banking environment in a senior position
Demonstrated leadership skills
Good word processing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional spreadsheet and data analysis ability.
A structured approach to dealing with complex and variable work environments in an independent manner

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit the incumbent will be responsible to set up internal controls and to manage and coordinate efforts in the administration of audit functions in the formulation, implementation and mantainance of those procedures for continuous improvement and in order to safeguard against waste, fraud and avoidable loss and to achieve efficient use and utilization of the Banks resources and assets. Supervising a team of Internal Auditor the incumbent will be expected inter alia.-
To spearhead continuous improvements of operating systems and procedures, thus reviewing, evaluating, investigating, and advising the Senior leadership Team on appropriate systems and internal controls required in the respective departments and for the smooth and prudent financial management and running of the Bank's business.
To formulate and put in place an effective inspection and audit administrative policy guidelines, which will regulate and stream line all audit functions as they relate to cost control, procurement, standard procedures and systems for use within the Bank.
To undertake regular spot audit check and inspections of sensitive areas and investigate general or specific irregularities and to follow up promptly to ensure that corrective actions recommended by the BOT, internal / externall auditors are implemented and that the interest of the Bank is not compromised through any irregularities that may lead to financial loss.
To investigate cases of irregularities fraud and to provide appropriate recommendations to management for current cases and to avoid recurrence.
To be part of the regional inspection and audit team and may be assigned any specific duties at Kenya, Uganda, and Burundi as may be deemed appropriate by management.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Post graduate qualification in Accounting or Finance e.g. MBA degree and any other relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA. Internal Audit certification would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Minimum of 8- 10 years of practical audit experience in a commercial banking environment or a large organization at a senior level.

Position Description:
Description
This is the ideal role for a young and aspiring professional with a strong interest in digital advertising.  As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of campaign activities across the web including the PinPoint Digital Network, Facebook and other social media, Google Display Network and more. Responsibilities include optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple sites, processing digital sales orders, uploading creative and real-time monitoring to make sure campaigns are running properly.

Reports To:  Managing/Digital Director


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
-Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process.
-Verify Account Executive Paperwork:  Double check all orders have been coded correctly for various billing and fulfillment systems. 
-Upload creative to Ad Server:  Work with art director, clients and Agency Account Executives to load all digital ad campaigns.
-Monitor Campaigns to ensure accurate pacing and delivery.  Adjust priority levels as appropriate.  Alert Digital Director of any anticipated problems.
-Forecasting and requesting detailed analytical reports from the ad server, producing performance summaries and making optimization recommendations to clients.
-Monitor Sites to ensure fully functional advertising environment.
-Manage client communications and respond to inquiries as needed.
-Recording advertising campaigns workflow through a tracking system as needed.
-Coordinate account billing and reporting for both Publishing and Advertising clients.
-Maintain working knowledge of digital inventory:  Understand the current and projected sellout levels of all network sites.
-Monitor Tanzanian digital publishers.  Identifying new sites for inclusion in the network, and recommending low performing sites to drop from the network.
-Train and be proficient with online ad server documentation 
-Providing customer service support and an excellent working relationship with staff


Preferably a university graduate; previous experience not necessary but helpful, we will train the right person for the job.

Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with command of Excel a plus
- Accurate data entry and analytical skills, strong attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Must have ability to multi-task and be highly organized
- Must be highly proactive, take ownership of projects and be a quick thinker
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Flash a plus
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and online ad tracking and metrics a plus


You will gain an excellent understanding of the growing digital advertising industry, with practical experience related to creative debugging and overall campaign management.  In line with the responsibilities listed above, you will gain hands on experience of various operational processes from initial planning, through to implementation and post campaign analysis.
