HIVI UNAJUA WATU 6 KATI YA 10 HAWAPATI USINGIZI WA KUTOSHA, SABABU NI SMARTPHONES YASOME MADHARA YAKE HAPA

 Kama usiku wa kuamkia leo hujapata usingizi wa kutosha na umeutumia kuhesabu ‘kenchi’, tambua haupo peke yako.
Kwa mujibu wa utafiti uliofanywa nchini Uingereza, karibu watu 6 katika 10 hawapati usingizi wa kutosha, wataalam wameonya. Watalaam wamesema kukua kwa tatizo hilo kunatokana na matumizi makubwa ya smartphones, tablets na vifaa vingine uwapo kitandani.

Mwanga wa blue unaotolewa na simu huharibu usingizi na hivyo ni ngumu kulala utumiapo sana simu. Wataalam wameshauri watu kuacha kutumia simu zao wawapo kitandani na kuziepuka kuzitumia masaa mawili kabla ya kwenda kulala.
Wameshauri watu wale ndizi (which are rich in sleep-inducing carbohydrates and muscle-relaxing minerals).
“And those who are still struggling to get to sleep are advised to tire out their brain by thinking of an animal for each letter of the alphabet – or getting up and doing a jigsaw.”
