UBA Tanzania recognizes this year’s theme as a powerful message for our service teams and entire organization to celebrate during this Customer Service Week. “In celebration of our everyday heroes, we invite all our customers to celebrate with us during this Customer Service Week, October 5-9, 2015” mentioned Queen Odunga the Head of Service Quality.
“Since UBA started in 2009 we had a very small customer base, but now we have managed to open more that 5000 accounts, sold more than 7000 Visa prepaid cards and enrolled a big number of clients on our other E-banking products, i.e. the U-Direct corporate and U-mobile which helps a customer to access financial convenience on their mobile phones or computers wherever they may be, in Tanzania and the rest of the world. This is reason enough for UBA Tanzania to celebrate this Customer service week” Said Madam Flavia Kiyanga the Head of Domestic Operation.
This year’s Customer Service Week theme is “Everyday Heroes” The theme recognizes that every day, frontline customer service professionals are heroes in their customer’s eyes.
