USAJILI DIRISHA DOGO:::DEFOE AJIUNGA NA TORONTO FC YA CANADA,JIONEE PICHA ALIVYOPOKELEWA

Jermain Defoe has arrived in his new home in Canada, appearing at Toronto airport draped in the scarf of the local team he's agreed to a lucrative deal to play for in Major League Soccer.
Toronto FC, managed by former Spurs and Queens Park Rangers player Ryan Nelsen, posted a picture of Defoe speaking with local media at the airport.
The Canadian MLS side were delighted to welcome the 31-year-old, who many say has kissed his chances of joining England at the World Cup in Brazil goodbye by making the move.
'It's a bloody big deal,' the club tweeted from the arrivals lounge in Toronto International's Terminal 1.

The diminutive striker's final piece of business in the Premier League was to score a trademark goal in Tottenham's 2-0 winning against Crystal Palace, having come off the bench as he has so often in recent times.
The goal was typical Defoe. On the shoulder of the last defender, his quick feet earned him a yard of space to shoot, and he scored.
This was the Tottenham striker’s first Barclays Premier League goal of the season, and to be his last in English football before he heads to North America.
‘He’s one of the best strikers the Premier League has seen,’ said Spurs boss Tim Sherwood.

Jermain Defoe's goal against Crystal Palace means he has now scored in 13 consecutive Premier League campaigns
'Wherever Jermain plays, he will score. He is a fantastic professional. As a sub he is ready to come on and wants to show he is good enough to start.’
Defoe sealed the points after Christian Eriksen had given Spurs the lead early in the second half.
However, things might have been less comfortable had Palace’s Jason Puncheon not missed an eighth-minute penalty.
