DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To follow up admission lists, examination results and registration lists, and other relevant information for loans processing;
• To edit entries requiring correction in the computer loans application register and in the computer system;
• To conduct and supervise data entry into computers;
• To respond to students' complaints;
• To recommend qualified loans applicants and endorse them for loans consideration;
• To compile reports related to loans allocation prepared by subordinate Officer;
• To follow up list of registered loans beneficiaries and ensure its maintenance;
• Performs other functions of the Board as may be assigned by the Assistant Director Loans Allocation

• To ensure re aration of a Register or Record of identifiedLoans for recovery;
• To ensure formulation of appropriate mechanisms for recovery of overdue Loans;
• To report to the Assistant Director Loan Recovery all matters for disposal and which requires recovery measures;
• To maintain the list of all Loans defaulters from repayment Department;

MANAGER IT SYSTEMS AUDIT AND FRAUD INVESTIGATION 1 POST (SYSTEMS AUDIT, FRAUD & INVESTIGATION) (HESLB SCALE 10)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE;
Holder of Postgraduate Degree in Accountancy and knowledge Information Communication- Technology ‘With at least five (5) years work experience at Senior Position in a reputable organization and has obtained the Certified Public Accountancy Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by NBAA.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili and Computer literacy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To develop Annual Audit plan and Budget for the division on Systems and Investigation;
• To develop Individual Audit Program relating to investigation on
fraud issues;
• To conduct audit of Controls relating to all HESLB ICT activities;
• To conduct audit of Computerized Operating Systems Accounts;
• Allocation, Disbursement and Recovery;
• To compile Quarterly Reports relating to all assignment performed in the section;
• To make a follow up on implementation of previous audit queries;
• To ensure existence of updated Computer Assisted Audit Techniques Software within IT System Audit and Fraud Investigation;
• Preparing annual work plans;
• Advising on Audit queries;
• Auditing financial accounts;
• Analyzing and correcting audit reports;
• Authorizing internal audit queries;
• Perform any other duties assigned by Chief Internal Auditor-IT Systems, Fraud and Investigation.
Personal Attributes
• A good team player with ability to work independently and be committed to deliver high quality work at the agreed time frame;
• Ability to Administer and Supervise subordinates;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili;
• Demonstrated excellent personal integrity and confidentiality;
• Computer literate with special skills in Ms Word, Spread Sheet and Access applications.
Age Limit:
Maximum age is 40 years at next Birth day.
