Deputy President William Ruto was yesterday given full VIP treatment at the Hague, despite past fears that he would be arrested on sight.
3 police outriders led the way for Ruto's motorcade of at least 6 cars. Just like in Kenya, the roads were cleared for him.
Ruto was also provided with a good number of suited up VIP protection police.
